It started with the thought of using a lighthouse to make a lamp. Wanted to take inspiration from the design and working of a lighthouse. My main aim is to have a lamp that is there but not there, which blends with the workspace. The LUMA lamp is a minimalistic edifice that combines the appearance of a lava lamp with the functionality of a lighthouse. It has 2 specific modes/functions, the lamp provides discreet hazy-ish lighting for decorating a workspace or it can provide more direct “in-your face” lighting.
